Lives in colour
What I have been trying to do for twenty-five years is to tell the story of individual people’s lives, as seen through the places where they live, the places they visit, and the people they sleep with.
Whether we view these real-life phenomena as functions of time (Time Lines, Lifelines and Nights calendars) or place (Place Traces), they never fail to surprise. Each of these colour compositions is different, ordered solely by the chance happenings of life.
Sometimes (as in Streets, Buildings, Nights), the pictures are enhanced by words or photographs, which invite the observer to discover even deeper insights into the reality of the lives of the subjects.
